i think they sorta did, but i never heard anything definite for at least a month or 2. i think they were too occupied with New York and never said much about Chicago. i'm sure restaurants were closed because my nephew always had to have food delivered. but he is right in the city. out here in the boonies, things were more relaxed. i don't think anyone was arrested or even ticketed for being with other people or not wearing a mask.

so are they carryout at least? or home delivery? they are outside seating still here. some places are inside seating. i've seen it on TV. they put dummies or other obstacles in some of the seats so that people don't sit close to others when inside.some of the ways they have been doing that are just hysterically funny. haven't seen any inside seating around here tho.

they're open here but with restrictions. they said tonight that the people that have been getting the virus lately are younger. guess they are the ones that had less tolerance for the rules. it's that "nothing can harm me" age group. but nmany of them are asymptomatic and just happened to be tested.

probably. but they also said that there are a lot less severe cases now. very few deaths and very few people on ventilators. probably because they are younger.
