that's odd, we always gave tetanus shots to anyone with a cut or puncture injury when i worked the ER. it's not just in this country.

you should contact your doctor's office and see if they have a record of you getting that shot. if not, mYBE YOU CAN GO THERE AND GET ONE. we can get that at Costco pharmacy. don't need a doctor's order. do it before you work in the dirt in the spring because dirt is one of the biggest carriers of that bacteria. you have Costco there, don't you? call the pharmacy and see if you can get one there. you don't need a prescription for it.

It’s not the same here, we need prescriptions for everything, we can’t buy over the counter

i think that is what we call a pharmacist. they give the shots at the big store pharmacies like Costco. they don't let the pharmacy techs do it.

i don't pay, because Medicare covers the ones i get. some insurances cover the shots for other people but not all of them.

they bark at each other thru the fence for a minute or 2 and then go about their business. sometimes Abby will do a play bow with the baby but then she doesn't know how to continue to socialize with the puppy who has a ton of energy and is never still. it's really sad that she wasn't taught how to be with other dogs when she was a puppy. i have a feeling that she was taken away from the mother too soon because they usually teach that to the puppies. she starts acting like she would like to play, but then can't figure out how to go about it. i feel so bad for her.

Abby was wagging her tail so hard today when the baby was out. she wants to play but can't take a chance. that pup was wiggling her whole body when i was trying to pet her. she is just too cute!! i saw the girls next door and they said they were just coming back from where one of them had been living with another room mate and they had to put down the older dog that they were sharing because it has had cancer and just got worse. so sad. the dog wasn't even friendly with me but i started crying when they told me. i can't help myself.
