i have no idea what i'm talking about, but i never let that stop me. if you completely sign out of gabit events and then open it up again, does it still happen? have you tried restarting your computer when it happens? when i worked in the hospital, giving the equipment a good kick usually helped. sometimes giving the patient a good kick helped too. (dealt with a lot of nasty alcoholics). hope someone who actually knows computers can help.you need somebody like Henry from sanctuary to fix it.

I get it sometimes, but if I go to the Gabit events homepage and then click the link to the forum there it goes away...

Well, I can´t afford to buy anything new, so I guess I have to stick with whatever time I can get in the forum.

seems like there are some different things on the website since AT6. 1- under topic review, we used to be able to see the recent posts on the topic, but it is just blank now. 2- the little squares inside the circles all the way on the left turn orange when there is an unread reply, but now they stay that color even after i reply -instead of turning clear or white or what ever, 3- what is the ');//--> that shows up next to (profile) (pm) on the bottom of the post? the 2nd and 3rd things are minor, but miss not being able to see the previous posts under topic review. did you make changes or did the site just go crazy while we were at AT6?

I think it has just gone crazy. Tim certainly didn't do anything to it, and he's not sure what is wrong. I expect he'll get Nick on it too.

Hang in there

having more problems now. when i want to reply i just get a blank screen. i tried refreshing, tried opening whole new window for the gabit site. then it wants me to sign in and after entering password and clicking to submit, i get a blank screen again. reopened entire site a few times till it finally worked. that happened tonight and also earlier today. it must be gremlins.
i don't know if anyone else is having trouble posting - don't see anything under AT6 chat or anything since Nov. 16? it's not my computer because it's only on the gabit site. definitely gremlins.

well, it's almost perfect again. only thing still not working is the "Topic Review" and people who have such a bad memory as me depend on that to review the post they are responding to.

when you click "post reply" , it is on the bottom half of the page. it usually shows the last several posts from that topic

look farther down this page.

oh, almost forgot, the little boxes next to each topic usually turn orange or yellow when there is a new post. that's not working. sorry to be the bearer of the bad. but thank you for fixing everything so far. you rock!!!

After I had uploaded an avatar from my comp, it disappeared. :( Still can't upload the 100x100 image. Is there a problem using IE9?

EDT: the image is under 11kb

There are still some issues I'm working on.
The hacker struck again yesterday, so your problem might have been a result of that.

Please try again.
