shoveling snow if the rain doesn't get rid of it first. this snow is supposed to change to freezing rain and then regular rain.

Canada is almost always cold or colder than we are. a couple states in upper middle of the country get really bad. almost as cold as Canada.

yeah, it's not fun.not too bad today tho, because there wasn't much wind. i tried to chop ice and frozen snow around our vans. i couldn't get thru on the sidewalk because it was all frozen snow and ice. my scooter was stuck, so poor Abby missed her jogging today. i worked on it for about an hour and finally called Doug and he came and helped me. cleared between the vans and an area wide enough for the tires and my scooter to get into the street so can take Abby jogging. now my arms and legs really ache. i haven't used those muscles at all for a while. and mom had no helper here because it was a holiday - Martin Luther King's birthday. he was a great man.

i would have been ok iof i had been doing more shoveling this winter, but it was the first time and that ice chopper was really heavy.i'm glad Doug could help. it will be several days before it is warm enough for the ice to melt away.

We had two massive slabs of ice on our cover which protects the rotten furniture at the caravan, I cut my finger on then, they were about two inches thick, everything else was fine

seriously? you need to have one at least every 7 years. check with your health people about that. we give them to anyone that hasn't had one every 7 years. tetany is an old disease that is still around and infecting people. they even warn people when it is planting time to be sure you are up to date before doing your gardening because you can get it easily from dirt. pretty sure it is an international thing.

I was at the hospital a few years ago when I cut my finger open and they never asked anything, I always thought you had one if you cut yourself and it was a deep cut, but no I got nothing
