OK, NO PROBLEM. do you use masking tape around the wall borders or do you just pain the edges with a brush. i tend to tape things.

some guys don't have the "painting gene". find other things to have him do. we'll probably have to have someone check my wall for mildew. and if its there, i'll have to either get new drywall or new cheap paneling to paint over. i will have to replace the wood flooring. too bad Artis has a new full time job because it would sure be nice if he could do the work that we need. i'm sure he would charge less than someone we don't know. and we like to have him come here. Abby really misses him.

the floor is bad all along the window. the picture window is ok, but the window that opens doesn't seem right. the sliding panels seem larger than the storm windows and screen. maybe warped. they will have to check for mold in the wall below the window because i could tell that water was running down inside the wall.it will have to be checked. i don't want to end up getting sick because there is mold there.

You need either a builder or a carpenter if it’s all wood and someone who is insurance registered to carry out insurance claims

some one from "Homeadvisors.com" called today - that is a service online that can tell you about different pros for repairs for different things. that's where i found the roofer. you can give them an evaluation afterwards so others know if it is a reliable business. we talked for about 20 minutes. i asked him querstions like what kind or worker do i look for to test for mold in the wall, and he told me it would cost around $300 for a pro to do it but i could get a kit from a big hardware place and you put a petrie dish( that is a small disc shaped glass or plastic dish that they use to grow cultures on in the hospital, but they can use it to detect mold also. put the dish in a few different places for a day or 2 and then cover it and return it and they notify you if any mold grows after exposure and it costs about $30. much cheaper. and he answered a bunch of questions about the window seeming to be too big mow for the storm window and screen to fit in it. it will probably return to the right size when all thr moisture is gone and if it doesn't, it can be repaired. i wouldn't have to replace the entire window unit. i asked if it was safe to use the electrical outlet on that wall and he said to take the cover off and set a fan right in front of it to dry it out and to help prevent mold and told me how to test to see if it was ok to use. well, i won't do that because i am terrified of electrical stuff. i told him how i cried in a class in grade school when i was 11 years old. the girls took a home-ec glass(cooking and sewing)(boring) and the boys took shop class - well one day they made us switch and the boys had to do kitchen stuff and the girls put together a lamp and wired it. the teacher made us plug it in to test but i'm so afraid of electrical stuff that i refused and just cried when he tried to make me do it. and then he told me some story and we just had a real fun conservation. what a nice guy. and he sent me his email and told me to call him or email with any other questions that i come up with. and he took my evaluation of the guy that did my roof work. i gave him a good score and told him that Abby really liked him too, so he nust be a nice guy. it was fun.

antibiotics won't help the flu. its caused by a virus and antibiotics don't work on a virus. i think there are some antiviral drugs, but don't know what you have available there. you have to be very careful. maybe sleep on the couch.
