yeah, it was ok. but if i had to wear those shoes it would have been horrible. i can't keep my balance with them. my sneakers are wider and i walk easier with them. at least i don't have to miss the food pantry for the next one.

right, Val had to take her shoes off when she finally sat down for a few minutes at the reception. that was just before she and my brother hit the dance floor. glad i didn't have to deal with that. i kind of doubt anyone noticed i had my sneakers on. but i was so relieved to not have to wear those other shoes. i didn't do that much walking, but i'm more unsteady on my feet now than when i was at the cocktail party.

no, i wasn't in a dancing mood. i just watched. there was a little boy , maybe 5 yr old and when the wedding party came into the reception , the couples danced in and the flower girls did too, but the ring bearers -the 5 year old and another boy, had everyone laughing because he put on quite a show and didn't stop his dancing for quite a while. very entertaining. surprised someone didn't video him. it would be going viral on facebook.

It does make you achy and tired watching them, did I tell you Aiden can ride his bike with no stabilisers on and Isla can sing 'the wheels on the bus'

me too. does she take her into the bathroom and turn the hot shower on? that's what the docs in the ER told parents to do. but hopefully she won't have to try that. well Artis will be here tomorrow, so he can have a piece of my birthday cake when he comes.
