Oh, I am going to have a ball. I hope I can get tickets for both events. I don't care what or who I have to hawk to do that. Please lets hope the buying of tickets are on different days. It would be a madhouse if not. This is awesome. A Sanctuary and a RDA convention - 2 of them. That will be super.

AT4, SE & MTM...yes have got my SE confirmation.

It is now official, Mumsey is an abnormal, only explanation for the hard work, the G4 must have their own Sanctuary in England!

Thanks Mumsey!

See you all in Vancouver

Actually first in London in November then Vancouver. I just got notified I also got a ticket. The Triple Crown - AT4, SE & MTM - I got tickets for all three. Now, all that is left, figure out how I can afford to go to them.

if blue jello is the food theme for at4 because of sg-1, what will the designated food be for the sanctuaryu experience? i don't remember seeing Helen consume anything except maybe tea in season 1. cake seems appropriate for rda.

I second that. Love a good cup of hot tea.

If you saw AT at the Vancouver convention, she has trimmed down a touch. I think she gave up food and I think I am eating her share.

SE and MTM hotel booking

Postby desertblossom » Thu Jul 09, 2009 11:57 pm

For those of us going to both Gabit events.... Does anyone know if we will be given a convention rate at the Sheraton, for the three days in between the two events?

If someone has already asked this question elsewhere, please forgive me for repeating it here.

The details re the Sheraton can be found in the FAQ section for the two new events - it does confirm that the rate of $199 CAN applies for a couple of nights before and after the events.

Hope this helps.

Please cross post this wherever you see this question:

YES there is a special rate at the hotel for Attendees.

PLEASE WAIT until we send the attendees the code.

We have just spent a very very busy week getting everyone’s allocations out. We need to give people a bit of time to respond before we move into the next phase.

The rooms are blocked booked and are not going anywhere!!! I have been in touch with the hotel and they have a cool direct and special website for us so you can all book direct online from a couple of days before SE to just After MTM including the days between at the convention rate.

I will be sending a mass mail out in the next couple of weeks, to everyone who has been allocated tickets. But at the moment we are swamped with confirmations.

Thank you for your enthusiasm but please allow us to take a breath!!!
Best Wishes

You'll need a toaster or grill though, raw crumpets? Yuck!!
