Well done G4, you have finally managed to bring me over to the dark side and seriously start thinking about travelling to Vancouver. MTM will be Much Too Much, at Avalon it was only half a day..this will be a few days...but can't wait!!

Sanctuary a few days early, then this...OMG...
Life without SG-1...boring!

Hi guys, newbie on this forum but not to conventions. I'm so wanting to go to this as I've never met the man before, he is my all time hero (along with Harrison Ford) who I've been wanting to meet since I was about 14. Not telling you my age now but it's been a LONG time.
I've noticed a few names on here I know already, hope to see you all in Van!! :D

Why do I feel getting a ticket will be a challenge. Especially the RDA convention.

it's great to have a 3 days with RDA, I think I'm gonna buy a ticket tho I'm not sure if I'll be able to make it, it's just that I don't want to find myself in the waiting list like I do with AT4

is it just in Vancouver, can't we have the sme stuff in London?

After much deliberation I did not even try to get a ticket or put my name on the list as I just can't afford it!
Hope everyone that did get a ticket has a great time, although I know you all will as it's RDA and he's the MAN!

Heard a great story so I'm passing it on. Someone was talking about their discomfort in flying. But, she had to fly back East. So they boarded a plane on standby and was lucky enough to be bumped to 1st class.
She was really nervous until this man sat next to her. She said he was so calm and so relaxed that if relaxed her enough to fly comfortably.
She felt silly, but decided to thank the man for helping her. Then she took a real look at him and guess who it was....RDA.
Now she knew why she relaxed. She was flying with McGyver. He could fix anything with a hairpin and a toothbrush or whatever. She felt totally secure with him in the next seat. No matter what would happen, he would make it right.

I'm trying to see if I can manage the MTM... Depends on a lot of things, actually, but i'm trying, this is really too good to be true LOL
AT4 isn't gone yet that I already think at spending (so much more) money for MTM ♥ Ain't that an addiction LOL

Now i'm just afraid that by the time I know if I can afford it (i have to ask if I will work) and if I happen to do be able to afford it, there'd still be a place for me. Wish me luck (on finding the funds) xd

(ps: and if i do come, i might need a roomie LOL, but that comes later LOL)

oooh....someone is watching some old tv. Good show. I enjoyed watching them (years ago). Still catch one now and again. But I prefer SG1 and SGA if I watch reruns. I'm tired from unpacking boxes and more boxes. I think it is time for a nap.... :meditate:
