But that depends how directly you're getting there ... ie plane?

I'm in the South East of England. Will be leaving home around 8am and getting to Wells around 1-1.30 pm ... let me do the maths ...

5 and a half hours!!!

Should take me between 3 1/2 - 4 hours to travel to wells as I live in Kent. So not to bad, will be leaving about 7am sat to arrive just before lunch so that I can meet up with friends.

Well I'm getting a train from London to Bristol and then a bus to Wells. The length of time it takes is variable as I don't know Bristol and may well fancy a look round.

I'm coming from Leicester to Bristol, about four hours on the coach - but considering my rubbish sense of direction and the astonishingly, mind-boggling talent I have for getting lost, it could take me some time to find the bus to Wells!
